We offer a 7-day refund window for first-time clients. After this period, our services are non-refundable due to the time and resources invested in campaign setup and optimization.

1. Refund Eligibility

BrandVista provides digital marketing services that involve significant time, expertise, and resources. Due to the nature of these services, our refund policy is structured to be fair to both clients and our team.

First-Time Clients

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee:If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of service, you may request a full refund of the agency fee
  • Refund must be requested before any advertising campaigns go live
  • Creative work delivered (graphics, copy, etc.) during this period will be retained by BrandVista

Existing Clients

After the first 7 days or for returning clients, agency fees are non-refundable as significant work has been invested in strategy, setup, and optimization.

2. Ad Budget

Advertising budget (money spent on Google, Facebook, etc.) is separate from agency fees and is not refundable once spent. Unspent ad budget may be recoverable directly from the advertising platform according to their policies.

3. Service-Specific Policies

Google Ads Management

  • Campaign setup and optimization work is non-refundable after campaigns go live
  • Unused ad budget is held in your Google Ads account
  • You retain full access to your Google Ads account at all times

Facebook/Instagram Ads

  • Ad spend is managed but spent directly on Meta platforms
  • Creative assets created remain our intellectual property
  • 7-day refund window applies only to first-time clients

SEO Services

  • SEO is a long-term investment (typically 3-6 months for results)
  • Partial refunds may be considered if deliverables are not met
  • No refunds for rankings not achieved due to algorithm changes or competition

Website Development

  • 50% deposit is non-refundable after project commencement
  • Full refund available before work begins
  • Partial refunds may be provided based on work completed

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Notice Required: 7 days before your next billing date
  • Final Billing: You will be charged for the current billing period
  • Asset Delivery: Campaign data and reports provided within 30 days
  • Account Access: You retain access to all advertising platform accounts

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your account email and reason for refund
  3. Requests are processed within 5-7 business days
  4. Approved refunds are credited within 7-10 business days

6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Violation of advertising platform policies (Google, Facebook, etc.)
  • Account suspension due to client's products/services
  • Poor performance due to inadequate website or landing pages
  • Changes in client's business direction or strategy
  • After the 7-day money-back period for existing clients

7. Disputes

If you believe there are grounds for a refund beyond our standard policy, please contact our team. We're committed to fair resolution and will review each case individually.

8. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy. Changes will be communicated via email and posted on this page. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
